Mangoes Return & Refund Policy
At Goli Soda Ltd, we strive to provide you with the freshest and highest-quality mangoes. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
For In-Store Pickups:
Customers are required to inspect their mango boxes at the time of pickup.
If there is any visible damage or issue, we will immediately replace or refund the affected mangoes on the spot.
Once the mangoes leave our premises, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage.
For Delivered Orders:
If you receive mangoes by post or courier, you must report any issues within 10 hours of receiving the product.
In case of rotten or damaged mangoes, you must send them back to us in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We will provide a fresh replacement box or a refund for the returned damaged mangoes.
Please note: Courier charges are non-refundable.
